PRESS ACCREDITATION
FIS SNOWBOARD ALPINE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS Rogla 2021 (1st & 2nd of March 2021)
Form for media accreditations is CLOSED.
Thank you for your interest to attend FIS Snowboard Alpine World Championships Rogla 2021. Everyone will be informed if their request is accepted or rejected.
General Requirements/rules for media representatives
The amount of media accreditations will be limited for each race. We will strive to balance this limited access and make it as fair as possible by ensuring representative selections of newswires, publications and freelancers at each event. The deadline for applying for accreditation is 5 days before the first race (on 24.2.2021, 18:00 CET). Once we have collected all requests you will be informed on 25.2.2021 morning via mobile phone or email if your request has been granted based on the above mentioned criteria.
COVID-19 protocol
The following is an addition requirement after registration.
Due to current local government restrictions, every person attending sporting event, must present a negative COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test that is not older than 48 hours (from date of collection) before event.
Testing requirements:
- Negative RAPID ANTIGEN TEST or PCR COVID-19 tests result not older than 48 hours on the day of competition (counting from the date of collection of sample*)
- Positive Covid-19 PCR test between 90 days and 21 days prior to the event
- Proof of received 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine (7 days
after Biontech/Pfizer, 14 days after Moderna or 21 days after
AstraZeneca vaccination) - Individuals with a positive PCR test cannot attend the event
- Presentation of a positive COVID-19 antibody test is not recognised.
- All costs for testing shall be paid by individuals
Rapid antigen testing will be available on-site:
Monday 1.3.2021 // 8:00 – 11:00
Tuesday 2.3.2021 // 8:00 – 11:00

Media representatives in BLUE ZONE:
- accommodation in BLUE zone (please contact jasmina.cresnarbrecko@unitur.eu until 24.2.2021 14:00 CET),
- NO close interaction with teams,
- NO access to GREEN and GRAY ZONE,
- access to race slope Jasa and BLUE ZONE in the finish area,
- access to PRESS center in Hotel Planja,
- NEGATIVE COVID-19 test
- Test result uploaded to FIS PASSPORT (Enter FIS Passport Access Code: FIS2021).
- Filled out Pre-Event Health Questionnaire without answer YES to any question (FIS PASSPORT).
- All costs for testing and accommodation shall be paid by the individual person.
Media representatives in GRAY ZONE:
- NO accommodation on site,
- NO close interaction with teams,
- NO access to GREEN and BLUE ZONE,
- NO access to race slope Jasa,
- Access only to GRAY ZONE in finish area,
- NO access to PRESS center in Hotel Planja,
- NEGATIVE COVID-19 test
- Test result uploaded to FIS PASSPORT (Enter FIS Passport Access Code: FIS2021).
- Filled out Pre-Event Health Questionnaire without answer YES to any question (FIS PASSPORT).
- All costs for testing shall be paid by the individual person. A

Accommodation for media representatives
Hotel in Zrece (BLUE ZONE)
For 1 person – 85€/night – single room with half board.
All costs for accommodation shall be paid by the individual person.

The well-being and health of all stakeholders and involved parties is our main priority. In order to keep all safety measures, this season the number of media on site, as well as the operations during events, will be limited.
